Which cities are covered?

The most frequently requested intercity routes departing from Istanbul are:

How is the vehicle selected for intercity transfer?

While vehicle selection in city transfers is mostly based on the number of passengers, two additional factors come into play in intercity transfer:

• Travel time. On journeys exceeding three hours, comfort is the priority; the spacious seat pitch of the Mercedes Vito provides an advantage on long trips.

One-way or round-trip?

There are three booking formats for intercity transfers:

1. One-way — either outbound only or return only.

2. Round-trip, same day — for example, morning departure and evening return for a one-day meeting in Ankara.

3. Round-trip, vehicle waiting — the vehicle and driver wait in the destination city for days, and the return date is determined in advance.

The third option is especially preferred for business trips with multiple stops (such as factory visit + meeting + hotel).

Breaks and rest stops

On journeys exceeding 150 kilometers, a break is provided if needed. The rest stop is a suitable service area along the route; if a specific rest-stop request is made (a particular business or scenic point), it is sufficient to mention it during booking. The break time is not included in the standard travel time and is kept short according to need.

Comparison with air travel — when does each make sense?

Intercity VIP transfer does not replace a flight; it complements it or becomes an alternative in certain situations:

• For distances up to 450 km (such as Istanbul-Ankara), the total time by road — when airport transfer, security control, waiting, flight, and transport into the city after landing are all added together — is often not much shorter than going directly by road. Especially when traveling as a group rather than alone, road travel may stand out in terms of total cost and comfort.
• For distances over 700 km (such as Bodrum), flying is more practical; in this case, VIP transfer handles the final leg from the arrival airport to the holiday area.

For the distances in between (such as Bursa), both options are reasonable, so the choice depends largely on group size and luggage volume.
