What is chauffeur-driven car rental?

In chauffeur-driven rental, a professional driver is assigned together with the vehicle. The vehicle is not rented in your name; instead, the service provider’s vehicle is reserved for you for a specific period or route, together with its own driver.

The practical result is this: responsibility shifts.

• License, insurance, and traffic responsibility belong to the service provider.
• Fuel, parking, and route planning are not your concern.
• There is no deposit or credit card hold process.
• There is no need to know the city.
• There is no vehicle pickup or return process.

The last point is especially important. In self-drive rental, your journey starts by picking up the car from the office and ends by returning it. Difference from self-drive rental

The two services do not meet the same need. The comparison is as follows:

Chauffeur-driven rental does not work in just one format. There are three usage models, and pricing changes accordingly.

Transfer — point to point

Hourly and half-day assignment

The vehicle and driver are reserved for you for a specific period. Multiple stops, waiting, and route changes are possible. It is suitable for meeting tours, hosting guests, shopping programs, or city tours.

The important point in this format is: the vehicle stays with you. You do not call a new vehicle at every stop, and you do not pay extra just to wait.

Daily and multi-day assignment

For multi-day use, the driver’s accommodation and meal arrangements are also part of the plan; this is an item that should be clarified during booking.

Vehicle selection

The vehicle should be selected according to the total of passengers and luggage, not just the number of passengers. Practical rule: one large suitcase and one carry-on bag per passenger.
